Refund Policy

There is a full refund only in the case that an unforeseen event comes up and the giveaway date changes, If the new giveaway date is after 4 months of the initial date, you will receive a full refund.
There is also a full refund if a sponsor changes their mind up to 20 days prior to the giveaway, and no later than that period of time, in order for the organizer to have adequate time to find a replacement.


Giveaway sponsors/promoted accounts are solely responsible for getting the products to the celebrity's address for the photoshoot and it is not the responsibility of the organizer (Divestum) if the products do not arrive on time. In order for the products to be featured in the photoshoot in front of the celebrity, they must arrive at least 10 days prior to the event, unless specified otherwise.
