No entry fee, purchase or any form of direct or indirect payment is necessary for entry.

The terms and conditions are specified by the Instagram posts of @divestum and they usually pertain to: commenting, following the accounts that @divestum is following, and tagging one person.

Fake/inactive/bot accounts are automatically disqualified and they are not eligible to win the prizes.

The draws are made via a third party software such as Instabom to guarantee the legitimacy of the procedure.

Everyone is eligible to enter provided that they are at least 18 years old.

The giveaway is open Worldwide, unless specified otherwise.

Entrants tacitly accept the giveaway's terms and conditions, a failure to follow the required steps causes an automatic disqualification from winning the prizes.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list and/or email addresses between the other sponsors.

Winners of products may be required to pay shipping fees, if they are outside the sender's shipping range, which would make it expensive to ship the item to the receiver.

If the winners do not claim their prizes within one month, they automatically withdraw their right of receiving their prize.
